Simply Meditation … a 6 Week Course

This 6 week Meditation course is suitable for beginners, and for those who would like to deepen their meditation practice. You will be introduced to a number of time-honored meditation techniques each week.

You don’t have to sit cross-legged on the floor… comfortable chairs will be provided. All you need is an open mind, a commitment to attend the 6 x weekly sessions, and 15-20 minutes each day to practice between classes.

Sherril Page, a qualified Meditation Facilitator, is offering this course at Pure Energy Healing, Darlinghurst.
